Allie Billone
(She/Her/Hers)
Hi, I’m Allie (she/her), an Occupational Therapist who supports neurodivergent individuals in navigating everyday life with greater confidence, balance, and self-understanding.
I support clients in areas such as executive functioning, emotional and sensory regulation, establishing routines, managing competing responsibilities, reducing overwhelm, and finding a sustainable balance between productivity, rest, and meaningful activities.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative, and practical. Rather than expecting you to force yourself into systems that do not work for your brain, we’ll explore your strengths, needs, daily activities, and environment to understand where challenges are arising. Together, we can develop personalized strategies that feel realistic and achievable in your actual life, not just on paper.
I understand that difficulties with task initiation, organization, time management, motivation, and follow-through can affect much more than a to-do list. They can influence your confidence, relationships, work or school performance, self-care, and overall well-being. My goal is to offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood while building tools that help daily life feel more manageable.
Above all, I want our work together to feel encouraging, individualized, and relevant to what matters most to you. We’ll build on what is already working, problem-solve the areas that feel stuck, and create strategies that support you in living a life that feels meaningful and sustainable.

Rachel Steiner
Hi, I’m Rachel!
I completed my Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Western University and have spent over 10 years working alongside neurodivergent individuals and their families. Throughout my training and clinical experience, I developed a strong interest in neurodiversity. During that time, I came to recognize my own alignment with ADHD, which led me to pursue a diagnosis as an adult. Receiving that diagnosis was deeply liberating. It provided clarity, self understanding, and a new perspective on how I think, learn, and move through the world.
Learning that there are meaningful tools and strategies that can support ADHD was empowering. It shifted my perspective from self doubt to self awareness, and it continues to shape the way I practice. I am passionate about helping others navigate their diagnosis, understand their unique strengths, and build systems that truly work for them rather than trying to force themselves into systems that do not.
My approach to therapy is neurodiversity affirming and collaborative. I strive to meet each client where they are, creating a space where they feel understood, respected, and supported. My goal is to help individuals engage in everyday tasks with greater confidence, comfort, and self trust.
Outside of my work, I love spending time outdoors, exercising, travelling, reading, crocheting, and being with my family.

Hi there! I’m Jordan and I’m an occupational therapist.
I work primarily with adults, young adults, and teens who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and executive functioning challenges. Many of the people I work with are trying to manage the demands of work, school, relationships, and daily life while feeling stuck in cycles of overwhelm, exhaustion, or self-doubt. Together, we focus on what feels most meaningful or most challenging right now… whether that’s getting started on tasks, creating supportive routines, managing overwhelm, or finding ways to make day-to-day life feel more manageable.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and collaborative. I’m interested in understanding how you experience your daily life and the environments you move through, and we use that insight to develop strategies and systems that actually work for you.
I aim to create a space where clients feel understood and supported while also leaving sessions with tangible tools that can be used in everyday life. My goal is to help you work with your brain, so that daily life feels more manageable, aligned, and meaningful.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my dog, reading, and doing different crafts! If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to book a consult call to see if we might be a good fit.

Shayla McMillan
Hi there, I’m Shayla, but many people call me Shay 🤗👋🏼
Welcome here!
I’m a neurodivergent occupational therapist (OT) living and working on Treaty 1 Territory in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
I’ve spent over 10 years supporting folks with all kinds of body-minds, needs, and ways of being. Many of the folks I work with are navigating neurodivergence, queerness, burnout, or finding routines that actually work for them. Some have tried different kinds of talk therapy and are looking for something more practical, collaborative, and grounded in everyday life.
Background:
Along with my work as an OT, I’ve worked as a neurorehabilitation assistant, a researcher, and a personal support worker. I’ve supported people across the lifespan, from infants to folks in their 80s, and have also worked with First Nations children and families.
As a research assistant, I explored how ableism shows up for disabled adults in professional roles like nursing and medicine. I am continuously curious about the tension between being “professional” and having human needs, and deeply believe that (especially) neurodivergent adults deserve support, accommodation and care.
These experiences shape how I approach OT. I don’t just look at what you might need to change. I also ask what your environments, expectations, and systems are asking of you in the first place. This helps us find changes that fit your life, instead of asking you to fit into something that doesn’t work.
My lived experience and how OT helped me:
Like many people, my neurodivergence went mostly unnoticed in childhood. As adult responsibilities piled up, my old strategies stopped working, and I realized I needed to work with my brain instead of against it. An OT helped me find sensory strategies, routines, and environmental changes that made everyday life more manageable. My diagnosis helped me understand myself and build self-compassion, but OT is what helped me turn that understanding into real changes in my day-to-day life.
I knew from a young age that I wanted to be an OT, and seeing how much it changed my own life made me even more committed. I really believe in this work and feel so grateful to offer this kind of support to others who may be in similar circumstances.
Me as an OT (and a human):
My approach is collaborative, practical, and curious. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, try strategies that fit your brain and body, and make everyday life feel more accessible. That might mean building routines, navigating executive dysfunction, improving sleep, reconnecting with fun, or making space for creative work.
As a queer and neurodivergent person, I’m drawn to finding creative ways for people to be, do, and belong outside of the scripts we’ve been given. As a person of mixed ancestry (Ukranian, Cree/ Red River Métis with ties to Fisher River Cree Nation), I’m always exploring identity, belonging, and reconnecting with parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten along the way.
I’m interested in more than just your productivity. I want to help you figure out what matters to you and what needs to shift to make room for it.
I also know that personal fit is important, so here’s a few bonus tidbits about me:
Superpowers: Buzzer-beating task completion, latte art, game-ify-ing something boring, meal prepping fancy lunches
Arch nemeses: Overbooked days-off, vague deadlines, task-switching, loading the dishwasher in any organized fashion
Likes: ’90s hip-hop, teamwork, dancing nights at the local queer spot, running at a pace you can talk at
Dislikes: gluten and the word ‘should’
Favourite recovery strategies: Snacks in the bathtub, harvesting plants and medicines, group breathwork and community time, cuddles with my foster-fail pup
Neurodivergent lifelines: Loop (switch) earlplugs, a Pomodoro timer, my trustee ’training wheels’ agenda book, a weighted robe (yes, they exist!)
I look forward to meeting you and exploring what feels possible together.
If you’re interested in working with me, take a peek at my areas of practice! I’d be happy to answer any of your curiosities to see if we’re a good fit.
Hope to (virtually) see you soon! 🌱

OT Reg.(NS)
Welcome! I’m Tyla, a late-diagnosed neurodivergent (AuDHD) occupational therapist.
I have 18 years of experience as an OT and provide support to clients with ADHD and autism, as well as sensory processing differences, burnout, anxiety, depression, PTSD, concussion/acquired brain injury (ABI), and other conditions. I’m also trained as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, a gentle approach that can support resilience and regulation after chronic stress or trauma. As a parent of an AuDHD child with a PDA profile, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing family well-being with differing needs.
My practice is holistic, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I work with clients to understand the factors influencing their daily life, and together we develop realistic, sustainable strategies based on their own goals and priorities. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where clients can build tools, self-awareness, and self-compassion—while finding a pace of life that supports their nervous system and reduces the risk of burnout.

Melanie Hilborn
(She/her)
Hi, I’m Melanie (she/her), a neurodivergent Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from UBC.
I primarily support adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and burnout to navigate life with more ease and confidence. Our work focuses on what matters most to you—whether that’s managing work or school demands, building routines that stick, staying on top of daily responsibilities, strengthening relationships, reducing burnout, regulating emotions, or finding balance between rest, productivity, and leisure.
As someone with ADHD, I know how discouraging or confusing it can feel when everyday tasks seem harder than they “should” be, or when systems aren’t designed with your brain in mind. I believe combining practical tools with a deep understanding of your condition can empower you to move forward with more clarity, confidence, and the skills to truly thrive.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, collaborative, and practical. Our work will explore your skills and abilities, your daily activities, and the physical and social environments you navigate. Together, we’ll identify obstacles, build on your strengths, and develop plans that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to build a life that works for you. If you have more questions, you can book a consult call with me to explore whether we might be a good fit.
Rate: $170.00 per 50 minute intake and sessions
Melanie’s services are available for residents of ON, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, PE, NT, NU, YT.
