Hello! My name is Noor (she/they) and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). As an ADHDer myself, I am passionate about supporting other neurospicy/neurodivergent individuals through a neurodivergent-affirming lens.

I offer support for a range of concerns through a lens that thoughtfully considers their intersection with neurodiversity. This includes anxiety, depression, shame, grief and loss, internalized ableism, trauma, and relationship challenges. My expertise also extends to how neurodiversity shapes experiences with self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout, ensuring a supportive and affirming space for healing and growth.

Within our work together, we will examine your thoughts, behaviours, emotions, relationships, beliefs and values through a lens of curiosity and compassion. Then work towards creating a life that feels more fulfilling for you.

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive. In terms of the therapies I use, I work from an integrative approach which draws from: Humanistic, Trauma-Informed, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Somatic, & Internal Family Systems (IFS).

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about how we can work together, I invite you to book a free consultation.
