Nadine Ivall-Boileau
My name is Nadine and I am a neurodivergent OT (Occupational Therapist). I work with adults and children with ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, and more. Working together, we can address goals related to emotional regulation, executive function, social skills, occupational balance, academic skills, and engagement in home responsibilities. This could include preparing for post-secondary school, developing a healthful routine, learning new life skills, and more.
As a fellow ADHDer, I take an affirming and collaborative approach to occupational therapy. Together we will set clear treatment goals, explore your strengths, and identify barriers in order to develop personalized strategies that work for you. I consider all aspects of health, your social and physical environments, and the demands of your daily occupations to ensure we find solutions that work.

Rachel Steiner
Hi, I’m Rachel!
I completed my Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Western University and have spent over 10 years working alongside neurodivergent individuals and their families. Throughout my training and clinical experience, I developed a strong interest in neurodiversity. During that time, I came to recognize my own alignment with ADHD, which led me to pursue a diagnosis as an adult. Receiving that diagnosis was deeply liberating. It provided clarity, self understanding, and a new perspective on how I think, learn, and move through the world.
Learning that there are meaningful tools and strategies that can support ADHD was empowering. It shifted my perspective from self doubt to self awareness, and it continues to shape the way I practice. I am passionate about helping others navigate their diagnosis, understand their unique strengths, and build systems that truly work for them rather than trying to force themselves into systems that do not.
My approach to therapy is neurodiversity affirming and collaborative. I strive to meet each client where they are, creating a space where they feel understood, respected, and supported. My goal is to help individuals engage in everyday tasks with greater confidence, comfort, and self trust.
Outside of my work, I love spending time outdoors, exercising, travelling, reading, crocheting, and being with my family.

Hello, I’m Wendy, an Occupational Therapist with a Master’s Degree from the University of Toronto with over 18 years experience.
I’ve always believed that life is best approached with a bit of common sense and a lot of heart. In my practice, I strive to create a safe, calming space where you can breathe, explore, and work together to develop the skills and rhythms that support you in living your best and most authentic life. Whether you are navigating a life transition, a late-ADHD diagnosis, moving through mental health challenges, or trying to find your way back from burnout, I am here to walk alongside you.
In our sessions, I take a holistic, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed approach. I love helping people find tools and strategies that actually resonate with their unique nervous system. Whether we are collaborating on work accommodations, focusing on emotional regulation, or exploring parent coaching, I draw on a number of evidence-based approaches to work with you to achieve your goals. I want to work collaboratively with you; I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to be a resource and support to help you navigate it with confidence.

Melanie Hilborn
(She/her)
Hi, I’m Melanie (she/her), a neurodivergent Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from UBC.
I primarily support adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and burnout to navigate life with more ease and confidence. Our work focuses on what matters most to you—whether that’s managing work or school demands, building routines that stick, staying on top of daily responsibilities, strengthening relationships, reducing burnout, regulating emotions, or finding balance between rest, productivity, and leisure.
As someone with ADHD, I know how discouraging or confusing it can feel when everyday tasks seem harder than they “should” be, or when systems aren’t designed with your brain in mind. I believe combining practical tools with a deep understanding of your condition can empower you to move forward with more clarity, confidence, and the skills to truly thrive.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, collaborative, and practical. Our work will explore your skills and abilities, your daily activities, and the physical and social environments you navigate. Together, we’ll identify obstacles, build on your strengths, and develop plans that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to build a life that works for you. If you have more questions, you can book a consult call with me to explore whether we might be a good fit.
Rate: $170.00 per 50 minute intake and sessions
Melanie’s services are available for residents of ON, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, PE, NT, NU, YT.

(She/Her/Hers)
Hi there! I’m Jordan and I’m an occupational therapist.
I work primarily with adults, young adults, and teens who are navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and executive functioning challenges. Many of the people I work with are trying to manage the demands of work, school, relationships, and daily life while feeling stuck in cycles of overwhelm, exhaustion, or self-doubt. Together, we focus on what feels most meaningful or most challenging right now… whether that’s getting started on tasks, creating supportive routines, managing overwhelm, or finding ways to make day-to-day life feel more manageable.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and collaborative. I’m interested in understanding how you experience your daily life and the environments you move through, and we use that insight to develop strategies and systems that actually work for you.
I aim to create a space where clients feel understood and supported while also leaving sessions with tangible tools that can be used in everyday life. My goal is to help you work with your brain, so that daily life feels more manageable, aligned, and meaningful.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my dog, reading, and doing different crafts! If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to book a consult call to see if we might be a good fit.

OT Reg.(NS)
Welcome! I’m Tyla, a late-diagnosed neurodivergent (AuDHD) occupational therapist.
I have 18 years of experience as an OT and provide support to clients with ADHD and autism, as well as sensory processing differences, burnout, anxiety, depression, PTSD, concussion/acquired brain injury (ABI), and other conditions. I’m also trained as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, a gentle approach that can support resilience and regulation after chronic stress or trauma. As a parent of an AuDHD child with a PDA profile, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing family well-being with differing needs.
My practice is holistic, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I work with clients to understand the factors influencing their daily life, and together we develop realistic, sustainable strategies based on their own goals and priorities. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where clients can build tools, self-awareness, and self-compassion—while finding a pace of life that supports their nervous system and reduces the risk of burnout.
